When: Always required
Indicates whether the property has renewable energy components that are known to the appraiser. Note: If No, the Renewable Energy Components subsection does not display.

Financing Arrangement Field 6.003
When: Required for each renewable energy component if Renewable Energy Component Ownership is Owned
Indicates whether there is a financing arrangement specific to the renewable energy component.

Known Building Certifications Field 6.004
When: Always required
Indicates whether the property has obtained building / green certifications including health or wellness certifications that are known to the appraiser. Note: If No, the Building Certification subsection does not display.

Building Certification Organization Field 6.005
When: Required for each building certification if Known Building Certifications is Yes
The full name of the association or program providing the building / green certification.

Certification Field 6.006
When: Required for each building certification if Known Building Certifications is Yes
Building Certification Name The full name or commonly-used acronym of the building / green certification that was awarded.

Year Field 6.007

The calendar year the building / green certification was obtained for the property.

Rating Field 6.012
When: Required for each efficiency rating if Known Efficiency Ratings is Yes
